Jack Herrington is a professional programmer living and working in the
San Francisco Bay Area. He has a part time interest in guitars and Music Theory and a full
time interest in making unique applications that are fun, easy to use and helpful.
Jack wrote both the Fret Navigator application and the Ultimate Chord Book. Fret
Navigator is a fully featured Macintosh application written in Think C+- using the Think Class
Libraries. Fret Navigator layered the chord and scale finding technology on top of a full featured
tabulature editor.
The Ultimate Chord Book started as an experiment in Python and JavaScript. The first
version was completed in less than a week with Python.
